Concerning the pushback and detention of five Afghan nationals repeatedly attempting to enter Lithuania at the Belarusian border. The applicants were in hiding in Lithuania when they made their application, and the court indicated a rule 39 interim measure to Lithuania not to remove any of the applicants until 29/09/2021. On the 28/09/2021 the court decided not to extend these interim measures.
