The case concerns the removal of a Syrian family with four minor children from Greece to Turkey on 20 October 2016. The Court asked whether the removal to Turkey was compatible with Article 3 ECHR. It further asked whether the procedure was compatible with Article 3 ECHR, read in conjunction with Article 13 ECHR, particularly in view of their request to apply for asylum.
