This report is the product of the Border Violence Monitoring Network (BVMN) and Medical Volunteers International Serbia (MVI). This Internal Violence Report draws on testimonies and observations collected by grassroots actors pertaining to evictions, conditions in government-run centres and police violence perpetrated in the context of the Special Military Operation carried out in Northern Serbia in the period from the end of October 2023 to January 2024.
