The respondent is a 15-year-old girl from Afghanistan. She was reportedly pushed back together with three other Afghan people, two of them Minors, from Croatia to Bosnia and Herzegovina on the 7th of July 2022 at around 4pm.

According to the respondent, the group was intercepted by people in uniforms several hours after entering Croatia, when reaching the highway A1 between Brebornica and Veljun. These people were driving a blue van with darkened windows stopped them. They were described as wearing light blue polo shirts and black pants. According to the respondent, shortly after, 5 more vans arrived with 12 more people in uniforms. The respondent described 5-6 of them with black shirts and black pants.

The respondent reported that their phones were taken away and that the people in uniform checked their applications. After forcing to stop the maps app, they allegedly returned their phones and put them into on of the vans.

The people in uniform reportedly drove them back over the border to Bosnia and Herzegovina and dropped them at the entrance to the former Miral camp which is located four kilometers behind Velika Kladusa.
