The respondent is a man from Syria. On the 21st of november, during the night a group of 8 people, among them 7 syrians and 1 Iranian tried to cross the border beetween Subotica and Hungary.

Meanwhile they were trying to cross the border 4 to 6 Frontex officers caught them and called the military. Fontex officers didn’t beat them. The 6 military (men and women) hit the respondent  with a stick, stole  his phone and 300€, and took pictures of him. They also insulted him and told him that they wanted to pee on him. One border officer( bold with a earing and tattoos) pushed him to the floor, made him knee and  ask him to put all his money in a bag before  stepping on him during 4 hours. This officer also called his collegues to do the same to him.

After that they brought him and the others people to a military tent in Hungary. They stayed there from 8 am to 9pm without water and food eventhought people asked for it. Then they took a bus which brought them to the border. When they arrived to 6km from Subotica, a woman officer opened the door, hit them and told them to go.

They stayed one week in Subotica because of the injures before going back to where they used to stay.
