The respondent is a 33 years old man from Morocco. On the 5th of September he tried to cross the Serbian-Hungarian border with 3 other Moroccan people.

When the transit group crossed, they have been apprehended by four Hungarian police officers with the Hungarian flag on their uniform The respondent reported that one of the police officers, tall with no hair who – according to the respondent – “wanted to kill people around him”, hit the respondent on his face and broke the inside of his mouth with a stick. The officer also took his phone and his money. From the 4 people, he is the only one who has been beaten.

After that, the police took them in their big car before putting them in a bus with 40 other people already there. Among the 40 people, there were two women and 4 children. He came back to Serbia with the 3 other people. The respondent doesn’t know when the other people from the bus were going to, but they stayed in the bus when him and his friends got down.
