Chechen applicants entered Poland irregularly at Terespol border crossing, among them three minors. They were summarily expelled to Belarus and their asylum application was not registered by border guards. The Court issued interim measures but the state failed to comply. The Court found a violation of Article 4 Protocol 4 along with Article 3, 13, and 34.
