The Regional Police Directorate appealed the decision of the Regional Court of Styria. The Higher Administrative Court found that appeal against the decision, which essentially criticises the lower Court’s assessment of the evidence and the failure to pronounce the decision, proves to be inadmissible because it does not raise a legal question of fundamental importance within the meaning of Art. 133 of the Federal Constitutional Law. para. 4 of the Federal Constitution Act.
