This case concerns the removal of two unrelated Afghan families from Hungary to Serbia. The applicants’ asylum request was
denied by Hungary, and they were supposed to be expelled to Afghanistan. When this did not take place, the applicants
were forced to leave Hungary during the night at the Röszke transit zone to Serbia. The applicants complain that they
were removed from Hungary to Serbia without any valid expulsion decision regarding Serbia.
