The case concerns the removal from Hungary of an Iranian national to Serbia after his irregular entry. The applicant was removed together with 76 other individuals on the same day. The Court held that a violation of Article 4 of Protocol No. 4, and of Article in conjuction with Article 4 Protocol 4 took place.
