Applicant

The applicants are a mother and five children who are Yemeni nationals. They were aprehended at the airport in Budapest as they were found with counterfeit travel documents. Despite their wish to request asylum, they were removec from Hungarian territory and brought to the external side of the border fence with Serbia. The removal was based on the Hungarian State Borders Act.
