This case conerned the repeated pusback of six Russian nationals who attempted to enter Poland on 22 separate occasions, but were pushed back to Belarus each time without due regard being given to their application for asylum. The court applied rule 39 interim measures preventing the explusion of the applicants to Belarus until June 2017, but Poland failed to comply with these measures.
