In the case of an unaccompanied minor: the Court stated that a decision to refuse entry into France to a minor who is not accompanied by a legal representative and the decision to return him or her to another European Union country through which he or she transited, potential safeguards ensured should not override the attention that must be paid to the best interests of children in all decisions concerning them.
