The respondent was in a truck, trying to cross the border to Croatia in the morning of the 16.06.2021.
At the border control close to the city Šid the police was scanning the truck and detected the group. First they found the two other people of the group, because the respondent was better hidden in the truck, but in the end the respondent was found as well. The police entered the truck very aggressive and told him to come. They closed the door and hit him inside the truck. The police hit him with their fist on the head and with a stick in the back and was also kicking him with their feet. They told him to get out of the truck and hit him again outside then they forced the whole group to go back inland.
