In the afternoon of 3rd of December, four men wearing a blue uniform with a Bosnian flag arrived at the accommodation where the respondent was staying together with 74 other people. The respondent identified the uniform as a Bosnian police uniform.
One of the men in blue uniform, described by the respondent as “the boss”, pulled out his gun and asked if they had phones and told them to give him 100 euros each. He quickly admitted that he was actually joking.
After that, he asked if there were some Afghan people among them, to which 10 people responded that they were. He took them and forced them to fully undress in front of everyone. The respondent stood up and complained about this behaviour of the policeman, telling him that it was not good to ask people to undress in front of others. The policeman stopped.
Then police ordered people to leave the house and start to walk. The respondent explained that there was one police car in front and one behind, and in the middle were the evicted people walking on the street. They walked for 2 or 3 hours under the rain.
During this time, 20 people tried to run and escape. Ten of the people attempting to escape were caught by the officers, who had stopped the cars and chased the escaped individuals. The last person to be captured was a friend of the respondent.
The 10 people who attempted to escape were forced to sit, and the other people were forced to watch as the officers beat the 10 people who tried to escape. The friend of the respondent was punched on his face, and the policeman who punched him was wearing a ring. He was then slapped 10 times on his ear. The other nine people suffered similar beatings.
