Afghani man severely beaten for 15 minutes by private security officers

The repondent is a man from Afghanistan. He reported being assaulted by three private security officers in the night of 24.7.2020, around 22:30.
The respondent was inside the port of Patras, after the first checkpoint, in the area close to the embarkment point. He was hiding over the trailer of a truck. A car with three private security officers came and asked the respondent to get down. While he was doing it, they started beating him with batons and they also punched him, causing him to fall from the trailer, dangerously. The beating continued when the respondent was on the ground for what he described as 10/15 minutes. He sustained severe injuries as a result. His phone was also destroyed. Then he was free to go, his papers were not checked.
