The respondent was traveling in a group with 7 other people on a public bus from Banja Luka to Bihać.
They had recently been pushed back and were returning to the Lipa Transit Reception Centre. The respondent reported that, after passing through Novi Grad, on the border between Republika Srpska and Bosnia (near Blatna), the bus stopped, and two people identified by the respondent as local policemen got on the vehicle and started walking directly towards them.
The group was forced to descend from the bus, they were searched and made to board a white van. According to the respondent, the officers drove for some time until they reached a parking space next to "a big highway" and left the group there. The respondent also reported that the officers told them not to go to Bihać, but to take a taxi and go to Sarajevo instead.
