The respondent is a 24-year-old Afghan man. He recalls an incident with a Greek police officer on November 5th, 2020, around 2:30 PM.

The respondent described the perpetrator as a medium-height, rather chubby man with dark, short, wavy hair. He usually wears sunglasses and has a heavy walk, wearing boots. His age seems to be around 30-35 years old.

When the respondent was in the access to the New Port of Patras at 2:30 PM, a police officer approached him and beat him on the arm with his baton a couple of times.

To that, the respondent asked him why he hit him and told him that it was not good for the officers to beat them up like that and for no reason.

“Yesterday, the police hit me. I asked the officer why did you hit me? Tell me to come. Tell me to come here, and I will come. Speak good to me, there is no problem. I asked them why did you hit me? They just told me to go. I told them it’s not good to hit me. Just tell me to go back to the factories, and I'll say okay. Every time I say okay.
